The Director of Affiliate Relations will serve as a key liaison between the Central Kansas Community Foundation and its 18 affiliate foundations. This role focuses on building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and supporting board leadership to advance community-based philanthropy.

Position Overview:
The Director of Affiliate Relations will serve as a key liaison between the Central Kansas Community Foundation and its 18 affiliate foundations. This role focuses on building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and supporting board leadership to advance community-based philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for affiliate boards and staff.
Provide leadership development and governance support to affiliate boards.
Facilitate alignment of organizational structure, policies, and procedures between the host and affiliate foundations
Assist affiliates with strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement.
Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events across the service area.
Travel regularly within the six-county region; attend early morning and evening meetings as needed.
